With the celebration of their 25th
Anniversary, the artists of Artesania Rinconada, twin
brothers Jesus & Javier Carbajales of Uruguay,
along with Jorge De Rosa (factory director), introduced the Silver Anniversary Collection. Each of
the designs in this collection are accented
with gold & platinum metallic glazes. |

Each figurine is carefully hand-carved &
detailed in fine grain earthenware ceramic material. After the initial kiln firing, decoration
continues with the hand application of colored slips &
enamel glazes used to accent & highlight. All Silver
Anniversary pieces are fired a third time to
obtain the 18k gold & platinum accents. |

| This Medieval War
Tournament Horse was available only at the Rosemont
International Collectibles Expo in 2003 for collectors who
attended the show. The bottom
of the War Horse features a special stamp for the Rosemont Expo. |

There is also a special stamp showing the
Silver Anniversary logo with the name of Jorge De Rosa,
the factory director who helped to design this
collection. |
