This sun catcher celebrates the patchwork of America
with the use of a unique red, white & blue plaid
glass called "Job Glass". |
|
To explain what "Job Glass" is - hot glass is pulled
into stringers. After it is cooled & placed in
a plaid pattern, it is fused together to form one
sheet of plaid glass. |
|
From this sheet the plaid pieces are cut. |

The glass pieces are
put together with 22k gold plating. |
| |
|
The center glass &
the outside edges are a beautiful Royal Blue color. |
